How ZOPE approaches real estate & hotels

In Dubai's property market, the video often sells the unit before anyone visits. ZOPE shoots walkthroughs, off-plan launch films, interiors and agent-led listing reels for developers, brokers and hotels, timed to the best light in each space.

For hotels and resorts we film rooms, restaurants, pools and the experience of staying there, for booking sites, social media and sales teams. For property we plan a route through each space so the walkthrough feels like a visit, add aerials where the permit allows, and deliver vertical versions for listings and reels.

We shoot across Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Hills, Business Bay, Downtown, Dubai Marina and Abu Dhabi.

Questions clients ask

Can you fly drones?

Aerial work in Dubai needs approvals. We work with licensed drone operators and add aerials where the permit allows.

How fast is a listing video ready?

We agree the turnaround in the quote. Listing reels can be faster than full launch films.

What does a shoot cost?

Brand productions in Dubai start from AED 10,000 and in India from ₹1,00,000. Personal and influencer shoots are priced lower. You get a written quote after a short brief call.

Do we need a filming permit in Dubai?

Commercial work such as ads, brand films and TV content needs a permit from the Dubai Film and TV Commission. We prepare and file it as part of production. Personal shoots such as pre-wedding and private events normally do not need one. Read our permit guide in the Journal for the details.

How far ahead should we book?

Two to three weeks is comfortable for most brand shoots. Campaigns that need permits, casting or government locations need four to six weeks. Smaller shoots can sometimes happen within a few days, so message us on WhatsApp.
