How ZOPE approaches fashion & beauty

Fashion photography in Dubai works best when the city is part of the story: concrete and light in Alserkal Avenue, dunes at golden hour, the glass of DIFC. It also works in a clean cyc studio when the clothes need to do all the talking. ZOPE shoots lookbooks, editorials, campaigns and fashion films for labels, boutiques, designers and salons, and we plan the look around how the collection will be sold.

Our crew has shot fashion, beauty and bridal couture for years, including salon and stylist portfolios, menswear campaigns and make-up stories. We cast models through Dubai agencies and bring stylists and hair and make-up artists we trust, or we work with your own team. Every frame is graded and retouched to a consistent look so the whole collection sits together on your website and your feed.

A fashion day can also produce a short film and a set of reels, shot by the same crew while the looks are on set.

Every project gets a written treatment, a shot list and a delivery plan before the camera rolls.

Planning tips

— Send the collection list with sizes, so we cast models who fit the samples.

— Steam and tag every piece before shoot day. Wrinkles cost more in retouching than in prep.

— Plan one look per location change. Moving a crew takes time out of the light.

Questions clients ask

Do you provide models, stylists and make-up?

Yes. We cast through Dubai agencies and bring stylists and hair and make-up artists we trust. You can also use your own team.

Studio or location?

Both. A cyc studio gives clean e-commerce and lookbook frames. Locations like Alserkal Avenue or the desert give editorials a sense of place.

What does a shoot cost?

Brand productions in Dubai start from AED 10,000 and in India from ₹1,00,000. Personal and influencer shoots are priced lower. You get a written quote after a short brief call.

Do we need a filming permit in Dubai?

Commercial work such as ads, brand films and TV content needs a permit from the Dubai Film and TV Commission. We prepare and file it as part of production. Personal shoots such as pre-wedding and private events normally do not need one. Read our permit guide in the Journal for the details.

What do we receive and when?

You get graded stills, a hero film and vertical reels sized for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts, depending on the package. We agree the delivery date in the quote before the shoot.
