Corporate Video Production in Dubai
Company films, partner meets, conferences and leadership interviews, shot with the same care we give to a campaign.

Overview
How ZOPE approaches corporate films
Corporate video in Dubai covers a lot of ground: a company profile for the website, a partner or dealer meet, a three-day conference at the World Trade Centre, an award night in a hotel ballroom. What they share is that the audience is busy and the film has to earn its two minutes. ZOPE plans corporate work the way we plan a campaign, with a short script or story outline, a shot list built around your speakers, and a clear idea of where the film will be shown.
For events we place cameras with your events team, record clean sound from the stage, and cover the room, the guests and the moments that matter. You can have a same-day social cut for LinkedIn and Instagram, then a full highlight film and session recordings after the event. For company films we interview leadership, film the team and the workplace, and add graphics, subtitles and music.
We deliver in English with Hindi and Arabic subtitles on request, and we can shoot at your office, factory or any venue in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
What we shoot
— Company profile films
— Partner and dealer meets
— Conferences and summits
— Award nights and felicitations
— Leadership interviews
— Event highlight reels
Every project gets a written treatment, a shot list and a delivery plan before the camera rolls.
Planning tips
— Send the event run-sheet and the speaker list a week before, so camera positions match the agenda.
— Choose one message for the company film. Three messages make a film nobody remembers.
— Ask venues early about power, cable runs and filming rules for guests.

FAQ
Questions clients ask
Can you film a multi-day conference?
Yes. We plan camera positions with your events team, cover sessions with multiple cameras and deliver a same-day social cut if you need one.
Do you add subtitles?
We can deliver English, Hindi and Arabic subtitles. Arabic voice-over is available through our partners on request.
What does a shoot cost?
Brand productions in Dubai start from AED 10,000 and in India from ₹1,00,000. Personal and influencer shoots are priced lower. You get a written quote after a short brief call.
How far ahead should we book?
Two to three weeks is comfortable for most brand shoots. Campaigns that need permits, casting or government locations need four to six weeks. Smaller shoots can sometimes happen within a few days, so message us on WhatsApp.
What do we receive and when?
You get graded stills, a hero film and vertical reels sized for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts, depending on the package. We agree the delivery date in the quote before the shoot.
